Keiki Hula
We love our keikis! Introducing children to hula dancing at this age helps them with coordination and exercise and most of all memorization skills. They will enjoy learning songs in Hawaiian and dancing to music. We love seeing their hula growth and they are certainly the cutest hula dancers!

‘Ōpi’o
This is where the fun begins! At this level, dancers can really express their passion for hula and showcase their talents. Our lessons are challenging, and dancers are encouraged master their hula movements as well as their expression by dancing with style and grace.

Wāhine
Our lovely wahine dancers are graceful and beautiful! At this level, our wahine dancers learn at a quicker pace. We blend our experienced dancers with our basic and intermediate dancers to allow cohesion and synergies to align. Every movement must be executed with style and grace and with emotions.

The cost for classes is $45.00 per month. We encourage our dancers to take advantage of the beginner hula class (if they feel it will help them) which is included in the cost of the monthly fee. In addition to the monthly fees, we provide our dancers with full access to our hula class video recordings and online hula study handouts that will benefit them on their hula journey and growth.
Our Location
All classes, except for the Beginners, are held within the Kaia Fit Studio located at 1328 Blue Oaks, Suite 150 in Roseville, CA.
